Banana Berry Date Bark

8–10 Medjool dates, pitted 1/4 cup raspberries, chopped 1/4 cup blackberries, chopped 1 banana, sliced 2 tbsp almond butter, melted 1 tbsp honey Optional: Melted chocolate for drizzle Directions: 1. Line a plate or small tray with parchment paper. 2. Arrange the pitted dates in a flat layer, pressing them slightly to form a base. 3. Drizzle the melted almond butter evenly over the dates. 4. Top with chopped raspberries, blackberries, and banana slices. 5. Drizzle with honey. 6. Freeze for 20–30 minutes, or until firm. Optional: Add a drizzle of melted chocolate before freezing for an extra sweet touch. Tip: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. Break Apart and Enjoy!!
