The Beginner Weights Program

This beginner-friendly 6-week weights program will help you build a strong foundation with simple, effective strength exercises. You'll focus on learning proper form, gaining confidence with weights, and feeling stronger each week — no experience needed! *All non weighted workouts in the program are optional.
