This session blends light weights and Pilates inspired movements to sculpt your upper body while engaging the core throughout. Expect dynamic curls, raises, lunges, and tricep work paired with balance challenges for total body activation. We’ll finish with a fiery ab series with teasers, twists, and dead bugs for a strong, energized core. Light hand weights (2–5 lbs) and optional ankle weights recommended, but not required.
